Cantillon Brewery, a traditional family brewery that brews lambic beers through a spontaneous fermenting method, and similarly to wine, allows to ferment in barrels for a couple years.
The oak barrels are previously used for Wine, thus the wood allows the beer to ferment and absorb a hint of wine flavor.
